In a month where the European season kicked off in Mallorca, here are the headlines from a busy month of racing:

- UAE take control, leading previous leaders Intermarché-Circus-Wanty by over 300 points.
- Jumbo-Visma, as expected, have begun to climb the rankings. They now sit in 6th place, heading into the Spring.
- Lotto-Dstny appear to be learning from their errors of the previous cycle. They remain 7th and, crucially, have a diversified points income.
- Jayco-AlUla are the biggest losers from this month. After only adding 148.01 points to their January tally, the Aussie team have slipped from 3rd to 14th.
- Alpecin-Deceuninck and Astana-Qazaqstan's slow start to the season has continued. They remain in the relegation zone, alongside Total Energies and Uno-X Pro Cycling Team.
